JAKE BLANKENSHIP - CEO
Jake founded ClinTech to solve one of healthcare’s toughest problems: filling mission-critical technical roles that hospitals and OEMs can’t afford to leave vacant. He drives business development, client partnerships, and national expansion - specializing in medical imaging engineers, surgical robotics talent, and EMR specialists.
Before launching ClinTech, Jake competed professionally as a FIBA basketball player overseas, an experience that forged the resilience, discipline, and competitive drive that define his leadership today.
TOM EGGLESTON - CHAIRMAN
Tom provides strategic guidance and legal oversight for ClinTech, bringing decades of experience in venture capital, technology, and healthcare. He has led investments in healthtech, medtech, and enterprise technology firms, and advises ClinTech on scaling operations and strengthening client partnerships.
Tom holds a degree from Dartmouth and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
YULIYA POPLAVSKA - CTO
Yuliya leads ClinTech’s marketing, brand strategy, and business development technology initiatives. She specializes in elevating visibility in niche healthcare markets through strategic communication and leveraging advanced recruiting tech to accelerate delivery.
She previously managed business development and marketing for a multinational corporation and holds a degree from the University of South Florida.
